Positions Available – Full-time and Part-time
• Unarmed Guard – Starting at $16.00 to $21.00 per hour.
• Armed Guard – Starting at $18.00 to $23.00 per hour.
• Field Supervisor – Starting at $19.00 to $23.00 plus per hour.
• Dispatch or Video Monitoring – Starting at $18.00 per hour.
Requirements:
• Must Have Valid BSIS GUARD CARD.
• Must Have Valid BSIS Firearms Permit for Armed Positions.
• Must Have acceptable driving record for driving positions.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to fluently read, write and speak the English language.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have reliable transportation.
Earn up to 40 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year after completing a year of service. Paid sick time.
All uniforms and equipment will be issued. Armed officers must personally own a qualified firearm if hired as armed officer or become an armed officer.
Company cell phone are issued to all security officers to access work schedules and company forms for easy access. Notifications are sent to all company phones when a shift becomes instantly available on the work schedule and officers can pick up open shifts that become available to work.
AmeriGuard security officers do not work apartments, bars, parties, clubs, or alcohol related events.

Urbana Maryland Job Requirements
Security Officer / PSO Application – Job Type: Full-time
General requirements to be eligible:
* Be a United States citizen;
* Have either a high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma from an accredited institution recognized by U.S Department of Education
* Completion of state certified Law Enforcement Education and Training or Police Officer’s standard Training Course.
MUST meet the following requirements:
* Two years of security experience or two years of Military experience or Law enforcement.
* Associates degree in security related field
* Or have 60 hours of college credits
* U.S Armed Forces, National Guard or Reserve service.
* Must have Maryland Security Guard Certification Card
* Must have Maryland Permit to carry a Handgun Card
* Must be able to pass Government back ground and receive a clearance MBI
* Must be able to pass a physical and a drug screen, Vo2 max, hearing, vision
* Must be able to pass A-9 course of fire on the range with a 9mm.
* Employees must attend 120 hours of security training provided by contractor to be eligible to work on this contract (paid pre-employment training will be paid at minimum wages)

Security Officer PSO Application – Job Type: Part-time
* Three years of Armed Security experience or three years of Military experience or Law enforcement.

* Must have Pennsylvania State Clarence Card (security guard license)
* Must have Pennsylvania State Gun Permit ACT 235
* Must be able to pass Government back ground and receive a clearance MBI
* Must be able to pass a physical and a drug screen
* Must be able to pass a course of fire on the range with a 9mm.
* Employees must attend 120 hours of security training provided by contractor to be eligible to work on this contract (paid training will be at minimum wages)
*Must posses First aid & CPR (provided during training)

Applicants who are qualified and are willing to attend the 120 hours of paid training will be schedule to attend our training and will be eligible to work on the Government contract in Wilkes-Barre PA for the position of a part-time armed guard to include on call status.

POSITIONS ARE CURRENTLY FULL-TIME & PART-TIME & ON CALL

* Applicants must attend 120 hours of initial training for protective security officer. Training will be provided by the contractor AmeriGuard Security at minimum wage.
*Must have or receive First aid & CPR AED (provided during training)
*Must have OC Spray Caspsicum Oleoresin (provided during training)
*Must have Expandable Baton permit (MEB provided during training)

Job Type: Armed Federal Security Contract
Salary: $20.54 Per Hour Plus Health & Welfare at $4.80ph (Health Insurance or 401-K ) Plus $1.15ph into a pension.

Sales Representative
AmeriGuard is seeking an entry level sales representative. A passionate, business-minded professional who loves to work with people. Someone who can help residential homeowners find the best security, help business owners find the best security surveillance and more! You will be responsible for selling all our security services, including security surveillance, alarm response, background check services, armed vehicle patrol services, etc.
Responsibilities:
Quickly absorb and retain product and company knowledge
Build rapport and trust with customers
Make outbound calls and emails to prospecting customers
Maintain and manage contact lists
Emphasize the features of services offered to highlight how they solve customer problems
Close sales on all security services offered, offer exceptional customer service and follow-up
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree preferred
At least 1-2 years of sales experience.
Experience with CRM systems a plus
Written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to multitask
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Salary/Wages:
Representative in Fresno County
Full-time, $25,000-$80,000 a year depending on experience, with additional bonuses.
Part-time, hourly + commission. $15-$30 per hour based on experience + commission.
Marketing Intern
AmeriGuard is searching for a college student who is enthusiastic to learn more about marketing and get experience working with an established company on all of their marketing needs. This internship will require problem solving and creative thinking. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn how we think about building and growing AmeriGuard and work with our outside marketing firm to develop valuable learning opportunities.
Intern Roles
Attend meetings
Connect with our outside marketing firm weekly on deliverables
Research and propose new marketing ideas
Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies and marketing campaigns to increase sales through new channels
Assist staff in completing special projects and marketing campaigns
Assist staff in researching potential customers
Research and analyze campaign outcomes/data
Prepare marketing proposals and presentations
